We are a family of Hospitality Graduates since two generations & me a Hospitality Consultant (based in India) now trying my hands on my Culinary Passion. The nature of my work makes me travel 15 plus days a month Pan India & gives me a chance to explore the Regional Cuisines. I am fortunate to have travelled 25 Countries around the World, which gave me an opportunity to savor the World Cuisine.
Me & my Wife have created a Home Cooking Channel “PGSG’s Home Kitchen” to share our experiences with everyone. We intend to showcase bespoke recipes.
Moving forward we endeavor to open our Cloud Kitchen – “That Asian Takeaway” in the City of Nawabs – Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) India.
“That Asian Takeaway” (more than just delicious) caters Pan Asian Cuisine - Chinese, Thai, Burmese, Indonesian, Balinese, Japanese, Filipino, Malaysian, Singaporean and a Section of Bespoke Dishes from Around the World along with some Indian Delicacies.
